Ecomotive Solutions continues its commitment to the ecological transition with a new CNG conversion project, this time on a Mercedes Sprinter equipped with a 120 kW (163 hp), 2.2-liter, 4-cylinder diesel engine.
The installation includes a CNG system composed of three 30-liter tanks, each holding approximately up to 5.4 kg of natural gas, for a total storage capacity of over 21 kg. The tanks are strategically placed underneath the chassis: three at the rear side and one mounted laterally.
The system is managed by an Autogas Light 32 control unit, paired with an Autogas RPN09 pressure reducer and two IG7 Rail injectors.
This conversion represent the perfect balance between performance, driving range, and emission reduction, making the Mercedes Sprinter an ideal vehicle for professional and environmental friendly uses.
